The P992 and P993 Low Range Differential pressure Sensors are ideal for Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, filter pressure monitoring, duct air flow, static pressure monitoring, gaseous leak detection, pneumatic controls, and medical equipment applications. Supplied by a regulated 5 Vdc power supply, the P992 and P993 provide an amplified linear output proportional to differential pressure.
The P992 replaces existing Kavlico models P582, P592, P593, P792, and P892 and can be ordered in any configuration to match those footprints. For many years, those Kavlico products have set the industry standard for low range differential pressure measurements for a wide variety of HVAC applications. Additionally, the P992 and P993 can be specified for PCB mounting with a small footprint. The P993 is specifically configured for control systems that are integrated into damper actuators.

P4000 pressure sensor is ideal for
variety of hydraulic applications.
Incorporating MEMS sensor technology
with a stainless steel diaphragm in
a stainless steel housing, this rugged
sensor design will withstand millions
of pressure cycles and high vibration
levels.
The sensor is ideal
for off-highway and vocational vehicle
hydraulic systems, pressurized tools,
adaptive suspension systems, hydraulic
presses, oil platforms, and other
hydraulic or pneumatic applications.
Available in pressure
ranges of 0100 through 08000
PSI sealed gage, the sensors can be
packaged with process connections
that feature either straight or tapered
thread configurations. The P4000 can
be supplied with integral AMP, DIN,
Packard, Deutsch, or hermetically
sealed MS electrical connectors.
The P4000 sensors
have very high accuracy with a total
error band (calibration, linearity,
temperature errors, hysteresis, and
repeatability) of ±1% over
the temperature range of -20°
C to +100°C. Additionally, the
sensors are designed to withstand
the pressure fluctuations experienced
in hydraulic equipment.
In addition to
the P4000 pressure transducer, Kavlico
designs and manufactures custom sensors
for a wide variety of OEM, application
specific requirements utilizing our
ceramic capacitive, silicon micro-machined
integrated capacitance and piezoresistive
technologies.

sensor technology in an all-welded
stainless steel housing. This rugged
device has been designed to be compatible
with all HFC/HCFC refrigerants and
ammonia.
P4000 pressure
transducers can be used to monitor
high and low side pressures in microprocessor
based control systems and for refrigerant
handling and recovery applications.
Available in absolute
or sealed gage pressure ranges of
0100 through 0750 PSI,
the transducers may be specified with
either a current or voltage output.
Process connection options include
NPT and Schrader deflator fittings
while electrical connector options
include AMP, Packard, DIN, and Deutsch
connectors.
The P4000 is a
high accuracy transducer with a total
error band (calibration, linearity,
temperature errors, hysteresis, and
repeatability) as low as ±1%
of the operating temperature range
of -40°C to +135°C. With high
overpressure capabilities, the sensor
has been designed to specifically
withstand the pressure fluctuations
experienced in compressor discharge
situations.
In addition to
the P4000 pressure transducer, Kavlico
designs and manufactures custom sensors
for a wide variety of OEM, application
specific requirements utilizing our
ceramic capacitive, silicon micro-machined
integrated capacitance and piezoresistive
technologies.

Kavlico's compact (< 3 cm in length) P6000 provides a new, economical, and durable option for system designers seeking a highly accurate yet small footprint pressure sensor for dry media medical applications such as respirators, oxygen concentrators, and CPAP equipment. The sensors can also be utilized for dry or wet media applications in a variety of industrial applications as well where sensor size and mounting options are a concern. Additionally, Kavlico can custom design sensor packaging for those with unique configuration needs.
Providing a fully calibrated, temperature compensated 0.5V to 4.5V linear analog output proportional to pressure; the sensor provides increased flexibility when it comes to the pressure sensor’s physical location and mounting. The device is offered with (3) mounting configurations: Option 1: Flying leads allow it to be positioned remote from the PCB. Option 2: The sensor can be connected to the PCB through a miniature 4-pin connector. Option 3: With lead wires for through hole PCB mounting.
The P6000 is available in gage or absolute pressure ranges from 2.5 PSI to 100 PSI. Pricing is approximately $15 in volumes of 1000 units.
