For use in Liquid Petroleum Gas (LNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) engine applications.

Developed for high pressure and temperature applications, such as transmission and common rail pressure, the P5000 series utilizes thin film strain gauge technology sputtered onto a stainless steel diaphragm, that is directly welded onto the pressure port (hermetic seal). On request, this sensor is available with an amplified temperature signal (0.5 to 4.5 VDC).

Kavlico has developed the P2000 pressure transducer for Urea-Air dosing units, responsible for providing the required amount of the reducing agent (AdBlue™ /Air) to the catalytic converter module.

The P2000 utilizes a ceramic capacitive sensing element with a long-standing, field-proven installed base. The primary application for this sensor is for Exhaust Gas After-treatment (P3) in harsh high temperature environmental conditions. A newly designed Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in combination with specially chosen materials make it possible for the sensor to be exposed to elevated temperatures of up to +155°C.
