Safety & Health Policy

The company is dedicated to an active program of loss control management to preserve our company’s assets. Our employees are our most important asset and we pledge to do our best to provide a safe environment in which to work.

We will achieve this by using the best available management tools in a constructive and aggressive program to identify and control all serious hazards to life or property. Special emphasis will be placed on the categories of (1) personal injury, (2) property damage, (3) occupational health, (4) fire, (5) security and (6) the environment.

While we want to have safe facilities as well as equipment and processes in full compliance with all applicable legislation, it is essential that we motivate and train our people to think, practice and feel a personal responsibility for safety. A spirit of cooperation and positive thinking will be essential in all phases of our operation.

The safety and property conservation performance of employees will be measured and periodically evaluated to keep us moving toward our goal.

All levels of management have a primary responsibility for the safety of all employees. The employee, in turn, is expected to adhere to the regulations and policies outlined by the company and report any condition perceived to be a potential safety hazard.
